Conflict between far too many power capitalist land grabbing elites on both sides ends only when instigators, and the pawns on both sides, suffer extreme losses, and are removed from power. Also the US doesn't follow any rules other than empire wars, one after another. Hence both Russia and China wisely have maximum distrust of the USA, and its endless wars for profits complex.
