Finding people who will put up with being work slaves of corporate capitalism requires a strong sieve to weed out the unsuitable, unionists, activists, socialists and disagreeables, and anybody from a different social world. Bottom line is profit, shareholder returns and public image. Diversity is a dirty corporate thought.
