Good piece. Nothing exceptional about people in the USA. Same species as us. The interests of states are what supposedly government control is about everywhere in our political world. Government being a focal point of control, powerful interests of parties both local and foreign , connive and combat to make it their control. The most powerful and ruthless win, until overthrown by the next lot. Therefore any system not a well crafted design to prevent tyranny will reproduce it in some most harmful form.
