Shared West Asian colonial immigration heritage, Global Oil import dependence, fear of CIA coup, foreign corporate mining whore, global heating supplier to the world, and spoilt urban car culture, mass consumption lifestyle, real estate rentier class politicians. It’s an entire climate - energy blind superiority delusion complex, from which the public do not yet want to be disturbed from, as we want to believe the exceptional USA will protect our comfort lifestyles because we pay the pizzo.
