I just listened to recent podcast of Jeremy Grantham on "The great Simplification". Birthrate declines by choice are in good progress, eg Japan, South Korea, China. Growing accumulation of reproduction toxins from plastics is a big concern. Also expressed by Jane Muncke, global plastics treaty slow progress, delayed by those industrialists that pretend not to understand, risks to biosphere health, who say bullshit like "I'm confused".
