Penalize, tax, prosecute unlawful GHG production.

Cut out unnecessary burning of fossil fuels unless used for survival and energy transition requires fossil fuel rationing. The rest of the economy can slow down. Cut down the awful military expenditures, emissions and weapons investment as well. Toss out the weapons markets and manufacture, toss out the luxury lifestyles, toss out inessential luxury holidays, air and car travel. Nations have to stop competing for growth in GDP, population, and energy production, and start competing for degrowth.

We are in unknown state of existential biosphere survival with systems crashing. This is emergency room stuff. Nothing but best coordinated systemic efforts will do.The richest nations and people must be made pay their taxes and contribute the most. This is a war against contributing to the global climate bomb, that can wipe out everything.
