It appears the immediate difficulty is getting political acceptance of need for sustainable work for and with nature and all people, and getting cooperation approval and funds, rather than the long term system possibilities and rewards for doing it well. The resources clock is running down, and system change time is running faster. Carry capacity overhead is disappearing. Change or be left behind in complete collapse.
