NRREHT I will adopt as acronym. All this seems well written and quotable. It is fairy tale that I too once wanted to believe. We still pretend to believe it. REHT are an exponential and environment complexity too far to save our complex energy hungry civilization. My state of NSW talks about building 3x grid infrastructure to support replacement of coal burning power with NRREHT.
