Sydney and much of the east coast of Australia had incredible wild fires with lung clogging smoke for days. Smoke went around the world, in 2019-2020 burnt 94,000 sq miles, over 3000 buildings, about 3 billion land vertebrates, mostly reptiles. Today it’s fossil fuel energy business as usual, with gas and coal mining exports expansion.
