USA already has a Dual State solution. Owners, Managers, and Slaves. Corona virus will be confined to Slaves and below, by the existing social barriers. The plan is to cut down the oversupply of slaves and welfare dependents. Half a million virus casualties no problem. Owner classes already have their own exclusive health, travel and transport arrangements. Slaves and below don’t need and can’t afford to escape by travel.
